Maker Pricing & Order Profit Workbook
Open maker-pricing-example.xlsx: Materials, Recipe, Products, Quote and Orders.
Follow one supplied product from its material quantities into its quote. In your clean copy, keep estimates separate from the actual time and costs of an order.
What to check A price assumption you can explain, with actual order results kept separate. It does not set a market price or promise profit.
- 02
Inventory Control Kit
Open inventory-control-example.xlsx: Products, Movements, Suppliers and Reorder. Then craft-market-example.xlsx: Events and Market Prep.
Review available stock and supplier constraints before deciding what to take. Give packing, confirmation and return tasks an event reference and owner in Market Prep.
What to check A reviewed stock decision and a preparation list. Moving a product code between workbooks is a manual entry, not a stock sync.
- 03
Craft Fair & Market Workbook
Open craft-market-example.xlsx: Stock, Sales, Expenses, Event Review and Market Prep. Then open START_HERE.pdf and the new Market plan tab.
Follow E-01: 20 taken, 9 returned and 1 damaged leaves 10 net units sold. Check refunds, fees and costs before reading Event Review; separately complete the return checks in Market Prep. Carry a reviewed price and unit cost into an explicit event forecast, then compare the recorded close-out. References move manually between files.
What to check E-01 records EUR 120 net sales, EUR 30 profit and EUR 5 per actual hour. A cancelled event costs EUR 15 elsewhere, so the dashboard period profit is EUR 15. Preparation readiness is separate from this calculation. E-01 forecast is EUR 71 versus EUR 30 recorded; changing planned price to EUR 14 gives EUR 99.50 planned and keeps EUR 30 recorded.
Carry only the details needed for the next step into your own working copies, keeping the references shown above. Check the copy against its source; the files do not import entries from each other or synchronise online.
