Permitted use

One purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and adapt the supplied files for the purchaser's personal activities or the internal work of one organisation. Team members within that same organisation may use working copies. Sharing a static report containing your own results is permitted, provided it does not distribute the reusable template.

Restrictions

Do not sell, sublicense, give away, upload publicly or redistribute the template or substantially similar editable versions. Do not include the template in a template library, paid membership, resale-rights product or client deliverable. The purchase does not transfer ownership of the original content or permit the resale of its artwork. These restrictions do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Included edition and your information

The license covers the files and documented functionality of the edition identified in your order. It includes no spreadsheet software, consulting, cloud hosting or promise of permanent updates. The supplied START_HERE.pdf and edition-specific instructions explain its workflow. You control the data entered in your copies, access permissions and backups. Keep a local backup; Foldlark does not receive the contents of a workbook or a local browser editor merely because you use it.
