Obtaining your files

After the server verifies the paid transaction, sign in to My Account with the email used at checkout. Save the downloadable order confirmation and confirm receipt before requesting the purchased product ZIPs. Each purchased SKU can be downloaded separately; a bundle or set contains the members stated for its purchased edition. The original product files are stored privately and delivered only through the server after ownership and access checks. A checkout URL, screenshot or return page is not itself proof of entitlement.

Email and fiscal documents

Sign-in codes verify email access and must not be shared. Product ZIPs are not attached to emails. The downloadable contract confirmation is available independently of the fiscal invoice or a later transactional email. The fiscal invoice appears in the account after verification. A system accepting an email for delivery does not establish that it reached your inbox. If an email, invoice or file is missing, contact support with the order reference. A purchase and its transactional messages do not give marketing consent.

Edition, recovery and backups

Your purchase refers to the specific files and editions recorded in the order; later catalogue changes do not silently replace that record. You can obtain the same contract confirmation again through your verified account, including after a refund while the relevant records are retained. A refund or dispute can revoke access to product ZIPs. Keep your own backup of both the confirmation and files: permanent online hosting, permanent access, future revisions and migration of annotations are not part of the product license. Contact support if you can no longer access your checkout email; never send a password or card security code.
