File access
After payment is verified, sign in to My Account using the email from checkout. Your purchased products are listed individually in My purchases. Keep your order reference and contact support if a file is missing.
Printing & workbook questions
For a printable, tell us the paper format, page and printer issue. For a workbook, tell us the product, version, application and sheet or cell involved. Use a redacted screenshot rather than sending private business or guest data.
