Statutory withdrawal

Where an applicable law gives you a withdrawal right, you may notify us within the applicable period. For a distance contract for digital content, the usual EU period is 14 days from conclusion of the contract. The exception for digital content supplied before that period ends requires the relevant prior express consent, acknowledgement and contract confirmation. Before supply begins, or if a required condition for that exception has not been met, this policy does not remove a statutory withdrawal right. Contact support if you wish to withdraw; no special wording or exclusive form is required for an unambiguous notice.

Faulty or misdescribed digital content

If content is inaccessible, defective or materially different from its description, tell us the order reference, product edition, app and relevant problem. Applicable law may entitle you to have the content supplied or brought into conformity, an appropriate price reduction or termination and refund, depending on the circumstances. We do not use a blanket 'all sales final' exclusion, and the immediate-supply acknowledgement does not waive these rights. We may ask for a redacted example needed to investigate, without requiring unnecessary private business or personal data.

Refund handling

A refund due under applicable law is processed through the original payment method unless another lawful arrangement is agreed, within the applicable statutory time. The order and fiscal record are preserved and access permissions may be revoked. A payment dispute is reviewed separately and does not remove your statutory rights. For payments in USD, your bank may use its own exchange rate when converting a refund; Foldlark's EUR fiscal conversion is a separate accounting record. No additional voluntary change-of-mind guarantee is offered by this policy, and no processing fee is deducted from a mandatory refund merely because a provider charged the seller.
