The seller and the products

Foldlark is the trading name used by JOSE CARLOS TORRES CARVALHAL, a sole trader in Portugal, at the address and support email shown in this confirmation. Products are original downloadable Excel workbooks, printable or fillable PDFs, tablet planner PDFs, coloring PDFs and PNG images, and the guides and browser editors expressly listed for the purchased edition. They are digital content, with no physical delivery, subscription, managed service or transfer of intellectual-property ownership. The product description, file list, format, capacity and compatibility information shown before purchase describe the supplied edition. Paper-size, clean/example and print/fillable variants are versions of the stated content, not additional distinct products.

Requirements and scope

You need a suitable device, internet access to obtain the files, and software able to open the stated formats. XLSX products require compatible spreadsheet software; PDFs require a suitable PDF reader or, for handwriting on a tablet, an annotation app. Software, tablet apps, printers, ink and paper are not included. Follow START_HERE.pdf and the edition's documented limits. A file being structurally checked does not establish compatibility with every app, native handwriting performance or physical print quality. Workbooks and templates organise information you enter; they are not accounting, legal, medical, tax or financial advice and offer no earnings or business-outcome guarantee.

Price, payment and invoicing

The purchase currency is USD. The confirmed checkout shows the total payable, including any tax charged by Foldlark for that transaction. There are no physical delivery charges or recurring charges. Card details are entered at hosted Stripe Checkout; Foldlark does not receive or store the complete card number or security code. Checkout may first authorise a card hold while the server verifies payment, billing location and the applicable fiscal conditions. A return page or card authorisation alone is not confirmation of a completed paid order. Where a hold cannot safely be captured, it is left for review or cancelled; your bank determines when an uncaptured hold disappears. A Portuguese fiscal document is issued through Moloni and appears in My Account when verified. The fiscal document may be in EUR using the exchange rate required for Portuguese invoicing, independently of any conversion used by your bank. This order confirmation is not a fiscal invoice.

The contract and digital supply

A completed paid purchase is recorded by the server against the exact ordered editions. Before obtaining product files, sign in using your checkout email, save the downloadable order confirmation and confirm receipt. The confirmation contains the accepted wording and this complete version of the terms and policies; save it somewhere you control. A link to a changeable policy page alone does not replace that confirmation. Immediate supply requires your prior express consent and acknowledgement, recorded at checkout. Where the law permits, the withdrawal right for digital content not supplied on a physical medium is lost when supply begins only if the required consent, acknowledgement and contract confirmation have been provided. Mandatory rights for faulty or misdescribed content remain unaffected.

Support and mandatory rights

For access problems, defects, withdrawal or another complaint, contact geral@foldlark.com or write to the seller's address with your order reference and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, card details or unnecessary private workbook data. Support concerns the supplied files and documented functionality, not custom development or operating your business. Portuguese law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of habitual residence. Nothing in these terms excludes a remedy, liability or jurisdiction right that cannot lawfully be excluded. No customer counts, testimonials, earnings or universal compatibility claims are made.

Consumer disputes and complaints

Its jurisdiction and procedure follow the applicable law and its regulation. You may also use the Portuguese electronic complaints book at https://www.livroreclamacoes.pt/Inicio/.
