FOLLOW ONE COMPLETE ROUTINE / FICTIONAL WORKING COPY
Make a week. Leave room for real life.
The boiler visit stays. An unexpected repair moves the food shop to Friday. One unfinished job gets a deliberate home in next week’s plan.
- 01
Put the fixed things in first.
Monday 09:00: boiler service. Food shop at 13:00. Keep the rest of the day open.
Actual A4 export · page 1 / 2 · Detail shown; open the full page to inspect it. - 02
Change the plan when the day changes.
The repair takes the afternoon. Mark the shop as moved to Friday at 10:00, rather than keeping two live commitments.
Same exported layout · revised fictional copy · page 1 / 2 · Detail shown; open the full page to inspect it. - 03
Keep the next step visible.
Friday now contains the food shop. “Book eye test” is done; “sort files” is carried into next week instead of being lost.

What this example proves, and how to start your own copy
Static fictional text added to a real Schedule Studio export for this demonstration. The included editor creates empty print pages; it does not move appointments or supply typing fields. Match A4 or US Letter and print a test sheet at Actual size / 100%. Physical printing remains unverified.
Keep the supplied originals. Explicit editor settings files contain choices, never your annotations. Use the included SCHEDULE_STUDIO.html to create a new empty PDF, or start with a supplied edition. The filled pages shown here are demonstration copies, not extra downloadable templates.

Questions about this pack
The details that affect your choice.
Does the calendar start on Monday or Sunday?
The supplied monthly grid and two-sheet hourly templates start on Monday. Schedule Studio can generate dated Monday- or Sunday-first weeks.
Do I need to use every template each week?
No. Print the weekly page for a normal week and add the inbox, appointment record or project page when they are useful.
Are these files editable or fillable PDFs?
Yes. Separate fillable A4 and US Letter PDFs accept text and checkboxes in a form-capable PDF reader. Clean print versions are included too. Save a copy and reopen it to verify your entries. Layouts remain fixed; there are no automatic calculations or reminders.
Are the dates already printed?
The supplied 15 print and fillable templates are undated. The included private Schedule Studio can create a separate dated week or day PDF for 1-12 weeks. It contains no entered appointments or typing fields.
What paper size should I use?
Use the A4 file with A4 paper or the US Letter file with US Letter paper. Print at Actual size or 100%, with the matching paper setting. Start with one test page.
Can I print a page more than once?
Yes, for your personal activities or the internal use of one organisation. You may not resell, give away or upload the reusable templates publicly. Read the included license.
Is anything sent to the store?
No. These are downloadable pages. The store does not receive what you write on the printouts or collect it through a form.
