Start a linked tablet planner with one useful week

Open a supplied PDF, follow one week-to-day link and save one note before configuring a whole planner.

Start here: A useful first session is one week, one linked day and one note that is still there when you reopen your working copy.

Keep the original, start in a working copy

Unzip the download and read its first-session guide. Choose a supplied planner with the dates and orientation you need. Keep the original PDF separate from your working copy. Give that copy a useful name, such as Everyday-October-working, so an empty source file does not become confused with the planner containing your notes.

Import the copy into your annotation app using its own instructions. A PDF viewer that follows links may not also provide the handwriting, page organisation or export features you expect. Software is not supplied. Native annotation workflows have not been independently verified for this release.

Make one week useful before filling the month

Open Home, follow a month or week link and find the week you want. Add the commitments you already know about. Then choose one useful action for a day with space. A plan does not become more useful because every writing area is full.

Follow that day link, add a short next action and return to the week. If tapping starts a pen stroke, check the app's link or navigation mode. Do not interpret a writing-mode tap as proof that a PDF link is broken. The supplied links have been tested locally; the app determines how you activate them.

Save, reopen and keep a recoverable copy

Use the app's own save or export process. Close and reopen the working copy, then confirm that your note and page links remain available. Keep a dated export before a major change. An empty purchased PDF is a source template, not a backup of the handwriting you have added.

App libraries, cloud backups and annotated PDF exports are separate systems. Check where your chosen app stores its copy and how to recover it on another device. This website does not receive your notes or provide a cloud account. A settings JSON from Planner Studio cannot restore annotations.

Configure another planner only when the routine needs it

The private Planner Studio lets you choose dates, week start, orientation and layouts, along with named sections and supported page counts. Begin with a preset, review its choices, then Apply or Cancel. Generate a short edition first and inspect the directory, dates and writing space before making a longer one.

A newly generated planner is empty. It does not merge your old pages or migrate annotations. Keep the earlier working copy and transfer any notes deliberately in your app. If all you need is a new week in the existing planner, another custom PDF may be unnecessary.
