Practical limits
- Owner-entered organisation records. No diagnosis, dosage, treatment, feeding recommendation or emergency triage. Follow the owner and veterinary professional. No reminders or automatic calculations.
- Manual entries and totals; no background reminders, account or cloud synchronisation.
- A5 has smaller writing and typing capacities than A4/Letter. Use the original size rather than rescaling a file.
- A compatible PDF reader, printer, paper and ink are separate. Native PDF-reader behaviour and physical printing remain unverified.
- Personal or internal organisational use; no template resale or public redistribution.
No spreadsheet software is needed. PDF totals are manual. Separate fillable files accept text and checkboxes in a form-capable reader. They do not sync or save entries on this website.

Are A5 pages just scaled-down A4 pages?
No. Each size is separately laid out. A5 has less writing and typing capacity; inspect the actual A5 preview and use its matching file.
Can I type or print?
The separate fillable PDFs accept text and checkboxes in a form-capable reader. The print PDFs are static writing pages. Save a copy and reopen to check typed entries; no automatic totals or sync.
Can I choose and repeat pages?
Yes. Open the private PRINT_STUDIO.html locally, choose the supplied paper size and enter page numbers or ranges in the order you want. Download a real static PDF. The fillable forms remain in their original separate file.
Is software or a printed item included?
No. This is an English digital download for personal or internal organisational use. Use a compatible reader and your own printer, paper and ink.
May I share completed pages with my sitter?
Yes. You may share completed pages privately with someone helping your household or internal team. Share only the details needed for the agreed visit and keep access codes separate. The reusable source templates may not be resold, publicly redistributed or shared as a template library.
