ONE FILE / YOUR FIRST SESSION

    Start with a supplied file.

    Follow the fictional example below
    1. Open everyday-2027-quarter-balanced-daily.pdf in your annotation app. Keep the original and use a working copy.
    2. Follow January to its week, then a dated daily page. Write one appointment and one next action. Use Months or your named sections to return.
    3. Save, close and reopen your working copy. Keep that annotated PDF; a new date or layout build starts empty. Choose the private editor later if you need another format.

FOLLOW ONE COMPLETE ROUTINE / FICTIONAL WORKING COPY

A week. A day. One thing off your mind.

A weekly reminder becomes a specific call on Monday. The day records the appointment you made and carries one unfinished job forward.

    1. 01

      See the commitments together.

In the week of 4 January 2027, Monday has a boiler visit and a call with Jo. “Book eye test” still needs a next action.

Actual 120-page export · week page 7 · Detail shown; open the full page to inspect it.
    2. 02

Give the day a next action.

Follow Monday’s date to page 23. “Call the optician at 10:30” turns a reminder into something you can actually do.

Same PDF · Monday focus page 23 · Detail shown; open the full page to inspect it.
    3. 03

Keep the outcome; move the remainder.

The appointment is booked for 12 January at 11:00. Carry “sort files” to Tuesday’s page 24; enter the new appointment in your week yourself.

Same PDF · Tuesday focus page 24 · Detail shown; open the full page to inspect it.
What this example proves, and how to start your own copy

Original static fictional notes added to the real linked export. Week page 7 links to Monday page 23; its Next day link leads to page 24. These images do not prove handwriting or saving in a native app. In your annotation app, save a named working copy, close, reopen and check your own notes; keep that PDF separately from any editor settings.

Keep the supplied originals. Explicit editor settings files contain choices, never your annotations. Use the included PLANNER_STUDIO.html to create a new empty PDF, or start with a supplied edition. The filled pages shown here are demonstration copies, not extra downloadable templates.

OPTIONAL / SEE THE INCLUDED EDITORChoose a quarter. Follow a day.

Build the real balanced quarter, then inspect original fictional notes from its week, Monday focus and Tuesday continuation.

Plays only when you choose · No audio · English captions. Read the steps instead.

    THE USEFUL RESULT

The same linked pages. A clear next action.

Actual editor and real exported pages, followed by original static fictional notes on that export. Native writing, saving, stylus and annotation migration are not demonstrated.

    Inspect the supplied layouts
    Read the complete demonstration
    1. Choose “A balanced quarter” in the included PLANNER_STUDIO.html. Review, then Apply; choose January 2027.
    2. Build the real 120-page export. The week of 4 January is page 7; its Monday date links to page 23.
    3. A separate static fictional working copy adds a commitment and an optician call, then carries one unfinished action to Tuesday page 24. The video shows renders, not writing in an annotation app.

Actual included editor actions; final frames are selected renders of the real empty export and separately labelled fictional working copies, not an annotation application.

ONE WEEK. ONE DAY. / REAL PAID PDF PAGES

    Plan the week.
    Use the day.

The supplied 120-page quarter connects each day in the balanced week to its own focus page. Use a working copy in your annotation app; the images below are static previews.

1 / See the whole week

Actual supplied 120-page quarter: January–March 2027. Each in-range date links to its daily page; the carry-forward strip keeps unfinished choices visible.

2 / Give the day a next action

Actual daily focus page in that same quarter. Write one commitment and one next action, then return to Months or your named section.

    3 / Prefer a daily timeline?

Actual supplied 50-page portrait January, with hourly daily pages. This is a separate PDF, not another view of the same annotations.

Compare six other weekly and daily choices
    A two-page week

Actual generated first half: four spacious days, followed by three days and breathing room.

    A next-action week

Actual generated day notes beside one next action per day.

    First five days + weekend

Actual generated Sunday-start February 2028 example. The first five days have more room; the last two sit beside them.

    An open week

Actual generated February 2028 example with fewer writing rules.

    A daily task page

Actual generated December 2027 day: must, should, could; errands; done, move or drop.

    A journal day

Actual generated daily journal: what happened, what helped and one small next choice.

Eight weekly choices and four optional daily layouts; portrait or landscape; your own dates, accent and three named sections. Settings files restore choices, never previous writing.

The original undated file has 96 pages and eight layout types; the original hourly example still has 30 pages with 2/3/3 sections. New supplied files have 120 and 50 pages. Page count depends on dates and sections. Creating a new file does not migrate earlier annotations. The private editor is in the paid download.

    BEFORE YOU CHOOSE

    How this format works.

    • Requires a separate compatible annotation app. Native app, device and stylus behaviour have not been verified.
    • Eight distinct layout types repeat across 96 pages. Undated: write your own dates; 60 weekly pages are five per month, not a dated calendar.
    • No fillable typing fields, automatic saving, calculations, calendar sync, reminders or account.
    • Generating another date/layout creates a new empty PDF; existing annotations are not migrated. No new native app claim. The original undated file remains separate.
    • New portrait and landscape outputs are annotation formats, not dedicated paper-size print editions. Hourly output gives smaller rows as intervals increase; seven-column weeks suit short notes.
    • Eight weekly and four optional daily editor choices are separate from the eight layout types counted in the preserved 96-page original. Page count varies with dates and chosen sections.

The existing free eight-page sample uses the undated Everyday layouts. Open the existing format sample
