Open Moving Home Planner: Box Register (page 3), or the included MOVING_COMPANION.html box form.
Create BOX-01 with its room, contents and first-night status. If using a companion output, enter its separate job or handover inputs too; one box record does not fill all five outputs.
What to check A box that can be found by its ID and destination. Confirm its contents physically; the file cannot inspect a packed box.

Open Home Maintenance & Service Records, page 1 (Home item register), page 2 (Item and manual profile) and page 4 (Confirmed job schedule).
Create HOME-01 for one item you keep after moving. Write where its manual is stored and only a confirmed next job or interval.
What to check An item record with a source and next action, rather than a generic maintenance recommendation.

Open Home Away Handover, page 4 (Arrival), page 9 (Visit record) and page 12 (Return handover).
Carry BOX-01 or HOME-01 into the notes only where useful. Agree who confirms arrival and where a helper records a question for your return.
What to check An explicit helper handover with a place for observed results. It is separate from the box and maintenance records; there is no sync.
Carry only the details needed for the next step into your own working copies, keeping the references shown above. Check the copy against its source; the files do not import entries from each other or synchronise online.
