- Name the venue, pitch, opening window and responsible seller.
- Record counted units and batch references before the first sale.
- Separate stock sold, damaged and brought home.
Practical limits
- This paper pack does not calculate profit, process payments or replace legal sales records. Use actual receipts and the relevant tax/accounting process.
- Stock tally is manual; reconcile with counted inventory and payment evidence before reporting results.
- Fixed English print and fillable PDFs. Short text may still clip in a PDF reader; save, close and reopen a test entry before relying on it.
- The private Print Studio exports selected static pages. It does not copy typed entries, store files, send reminders or synchronise with another person.
No spreadsheet software is needed. PDF totals are manual. Separate fillable files accept text and checkboxes in a form-capable reader. They do not sync or save entries on this website.
