Before you choose

Know what to expect.

  • Name the learner, inquiry and chosen learning window.
  • Record what happened rather than automatically counting planned sessions.
  • Point to actual work kept elsewhere and what it demonstrates.

Practical limits

  • This is an organising resource, not advice about homeschooling laws, registration, curriculum requirements or assessment. Check rules in your location.
  • A completed page is not evidence of accredited achievement; keep actual learner work and source records separately.
  • Fixed English print and fillable PDFs. Short text may still clip in a PDF reader; save, close and reopen a test entry before relying on it.
  • The private Print Studio exports selected static pages. It does not copy typed entries, store files, send reminders or synchronise with another person.

No spreadsheet software is needed. PDF totals are manual. Separate fillable files accept text and checkboxes in a form-capable reader. They do not sync or save entries on this website.
