Before you choose
Know what to expect.
- Describe the goal, approval source and responsible organiser.
- Record a pledge separately from a bank or cash receipt.
- Keep totals tied to actual evidence rather than pledge counts.
Practical limits
- This pack is not accounting software, an invoice, tax receipt or legal fundraising approval. Check local fundraising, charity and tax rules independently.
- Do not represent a pledge as cash received or a recorded transaction as reconciled without its bank or cash source.
- Fixed English print and fillable PDFs. Short text may still clip in a PDF reader; save, close and reopen a test entry before relying on it.
- The private Print Studio exports selected static pages. It does not copy typed entries, store files, send reminders or synchronise with another person.
No spreadsheet software is needed. PDF totals are manual. Separate fillable files accept text and checkboxes in a form-capable reader. They do not sync or save entries on this website.

Yes, in the separate A4 and US Letter fillable PDFs. Save, close and reopen a short entry in a form-capable reader. Fixed fields do not calculate, sync or guarantee that long text remains visible.
What does the private Print Studio do?
It selects, repeats and reorders supplied print pages. Exports are static and do not contain your typed form entries.
