Before you choose
Know what to expect.
- State the place, time, organiser and accepted item types.
- Count arrivals with a reference and inspect condition manually.
- Account for objects still in the organiser's care.
Practical limits
- This pack does not transfer title, verify product safety or determine disposal law. Agree ownership, condition and allowed items with the venue and participants.
- Do not collect more contact information than is needed for a specific unclaimed item or volunteer shift.
- Fixed English print and fillable PDFs. Short text may still clip in a PDF reader; save, close and reopen a test entry before relying on it.
- The private Print Studio exports selected static pages. It does not copy typed entries, store files, send reminders or synchronise with another person.
No spreadsheet software is needed. PDF totals are manual. Separate fillable files accept text and checkboxes in a form-capable reader. They do not sync or save entries on this website.

Can I type into the pages?
Yes, in the separate A4 and US Letter fillable PDFs. Save, close and reopen a short entry in a form-capable reader. Fixed fields do not calculate, sync or guarantee that long text remains visible.
What does the private Print Studio do?
It selects, repeats and reorders supplied print pages. Exports are static and do not contain your typed form entries.
