Before you choose
Know what to expect.
- Set the project outcome, people and version before collecting ideas.
- Check source assets, criteria and a review date.
- Estimate the effect of a request before treating it as approved.
Practical limits
- This planner does not create a legal contract, transfer intellectual property rights or prove consent. Use an agreed contract and rights records.
- A tick or typed name is a planning note, not a verified digital signature or automatic client approval.
- Fixed English print and fillable PDFs. Short text may still clip in a PDF reader; save, close and reopen a test entry before relying on it.
- The private Print Studio exports selected static pages. It does not copy typed entries, store files, send reminders or synchronise with another person.
No spreadsheet software is needed. PDF totals are manual. Separate fillable files accept text and checkboxes in a form-capable reader. They do not sync or save entries on this website.
