Up to 150 individual guests and 30 tables within a total 256 KiB JSON backup. Manual assignments, confirmed counts, pending RSVPs, guest directory, JSON backup, CSV export and printing. No automatic seat optimisation or venue safety advice.

Drafts stay in this browser at this address when storage is available. A JSON backup can restore the records in this same tool, including its offline companion. CSV and ICS are static exports; they cannot restore a draft.

The total backup is limited to 256 KiB of UTF-8 JSON, including all records. Longer Unicode text can reach this limit before the record count. A change that would exceed it is rejected with your pending fields preserved. Save or clear pending edits before exporting, importing, printing or resetting. Anyone using this browser can read its saved draft. Avoid private contact details, access codes or unnecessary sensitive data.

First useful session.

  1. Add one table using its confirmed capacity.
  2. Add one person, choose the actual RSVP state and assign a table.
  3. Review confirmed counts, pending assignments and people without a table. Print or export your own copy.

A paper record alongside it.

The separate pack provides related manual templates, first-use guides and this same tool as an offline HTML companion. Browser records and PDFs do not synchronise.
