Drafts stay in this browser at this address when storage is available. A JSON backup can restore the records in this same tool, including its offline companion. CSV and ICS are static exports; they cannot restore a draft.

The total backup is limited to 256 KiB of UTF-8 JSON, including all records. Longer Unicode text can reach this limit before the record count. A change that would exceed it is rejected with your pending fields preserved. Save or clear pending edits before exporting, importing, printing or resetting. Anyone using this browser can read its saved draft. Avoid private contact details, access codes or unnecessary sensitive data.

First useful session.

  1. Add a role and its actual vacancy reference.
  2. Record the version and actual submission date when you really submit. Choose your next action and date.
  3. Use the review date to check overdue actions. Export dates only when you want to import them into your own calendar.
