    Before you choose

    Fit and practical limits.

    • For people running small workshops

    Understand the boundaries.

    • Save a working copy. Manual entry, with no automatic sync or external connections.
    • Supplied tables have fixed capacities. Extend formulas, tables and validation together before using extra rows.
    • Keep source units and metric definitions consistent. Blank means unknown; enter 0 only for a confirmed zero.
    • Resolve the highlighted input rows before relying on the summary.
    • Uses exact-mode XMATCH. Requires Excel 2021, Excel 2024 or Microsoft 365; older Excel editions are not supported. Native Excel, Google Sheets and Numbers have not been verified.
    • One Workshop has a fixed seat capacity and may have several Sessions. One person has one Enrolment record per Workshop.
    • Confirmed, Waiting and Withdrawn are distinct. A withdrawal frees a current seat without erasing attendance that occurred while the person was enrolled.
    • An attendance row is one person at one past session. The workbook does not take payments, issue certificates, contact participants or decide eligibility.

Excel 2021, Excel 2024 or Microsoft 365 with XMATCH; native compatibility not verified. Local digital-engine tests are separate from native application verification.
