The everyday problem
What needs care next, and what has already been done?
A warranty list can tell you what you own. It does not tell you whether completing a job should move the next due date. This workbook links the asset, explicit rule and completed work so the next review has a reason behind each date.

Fit and practical limits.
- A household keeping appliance care, service records and upcoming jobs together.
- A homeowner who wants to retain the history of replaced equipment.
Understand the boundaries.
- 100 assets, 100 jobs, 100 repairs and 500 service entries. One home and one currency per workbook.
- Month-based intervals only. Enter or confirm each interval with the manufacturer or relevant professional. No universal safety guidance.
- Shows the next occurrence of each active job, not every recurrence in a future multi-year calendar.
- Manual records and local reference notes; no reminders, cloud sync, receipt attachments or insurance valuation.
- Review warnings before relying on summaries. Native Excel and other spreadsheet-app compatibility remain unverified.
Native Microsoft Excel verification remains pending. Google Sheets and Numbers support has not been established.

Questions about this workbook
The details that affect your choice.
Can I edit the formula cells?
Blue cells are inputs; grey cells contain formulas. Keep the original clean file and make a working copy. The formulas are visible and not password protected.
Does it connect to a service or send reminders?
No. It is a local workbook with manual records and a review date you maintain. It has no account, external data connection, email or automated booking.
What if I exceed the supplied rows?
The stated capacities are fixed. Adding rows requires extending formula ranges, tables and validations; automatic expansion beyond those capacities is not advertised.
