    Before you choose

    Fit and practical limits.

    • For teams sharing equipment

    Understand the boundaries.

    • Save a working copy. Manual entry, with no automatic sync or external connections.
    • Supplied tables have fixed capacities. Extend formulas, tables and validation together before using extra rows.
    • Keep source units and metric definitions consistent. Blank means unknown; enter 0 only for a confirmed zero.
    • Resolve the highlighted input rows before relying on the summary.
    • Uses exact-mode XMATCH. Requires Excel 2021, Excel 2024 or Microsoft 365; older Excel editions are not supported. Native Excel, Google Sheets and Numbers have not been verified.
    • Only Confirmed reservations occupy a booking window. Requested and Cancelled rows remain visible without occupying the asset.
    • Service Blocks mark actual unavailable windows. A confirmed reservation cannot overlap one. A service block is not itself proof that servicing was completed.
    • Usage holds actual start/end separately; it may differ from reserved hours. This workbook does not lend items, send reminders or provide safety certification.

Excel 2021, Excel 2024 or Microsoft 365 with XMATCH; native compatibility not verified. Local digital-engine tests are separate from native application verification.
