Two accounts open at 1,000.00 and 100.00. The association receives 200.00 and pays 50.00 for supplies plus 40.00 of an approved 60.00 reimbursement. A 100.00 transfer moves money from bank to cash box without changing total cash: 1,210.00 remains, and 20.00 of the approved reimbursement is unpaid.

Before you choose
Fit and practical limits.
- For small associations managing shared funds
Understand the boundaries.
- Save a working copy. Manual entry, with no automatic sync or external connections.
- Supplied tables have fixed capacities. Extend formulas, tables and validation together before using extra rows.
- Use one currency. Blank means unknown; enter 0 when the amount is known to be zero.
- Resolve the highlighted input rows before relying on the summary.
- Uses exact-mode XMATCH. Requires Excel 2021, Excel 2024 or Microsoft 365; older Excel editions are not supported. Native Excel, Google Sheets and Numbers have not been verified.
- Opening balances are entered for the period start. Income and Expenses are actual cash movements; a request or approval is not cash.
- An Expense linked to an approved reimbursement request is the payment itself. Do not enter it a second time in Income or Transfers. Partial payments remain outstanding.
- A Transfer moves the same amount between two recorded accounts and has no net effect on combined cash. This workbook is not certified accounting, invoicing or tax reporting.
Excel 2021, Excel 2024 or Microsoft 365 with XMATCH; native compatibility not verified. Local digital-engine tests are separate from native application verification.

Questions about this workbook
The details that affect your choice.
Must I connect an account?
No. The workbook uses manually entered records and has no external connection.
Can I add unlimited records?
No. Supplied capacities are listed. Extend formulas, tables and validation together before using additional rows.
Why does the result ask me to review inputs?
Correct the highlighted Input check at its source. Keep a backup before changing IDs, dates or assumptions; do not replace a formula with a typed result.
